Registration Deadline TODAY for the 2011 PACE Conference! |
This is the final day to register for the 2011 PACE Conference on February 9, 2011 at Elon University. Due to the unique programming requirements of this year's conference, we are unable to extend the deadline.
This year, as we focus specifically on using service as a solution to the challenges facing North Carolina, we are pleased to announce the following special guest speakers.
- Nicole Gallant, Director of Learn and Serve America
- Tom Ross, President of the UNC system
- Dr. Hope Williams, President of the North Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities
- Dr. Scott Ralls, President of the North Carolina Community College System

We Still Need Your Students! |
We are seeking outstanding service-learning or civic engagement projects to feature during the 2nd Annual Student Showcase at the 2011 PACE Conference in February. During the closing Plenary Session we will ask the students to set-up tables around the conference room with displays from these initiatives. The students should be available at the tables to answer questions and describe their displays, similar to a Poster Session.
Let Leslie know as soon as possible if you have suggestions for students from your institution. |
