Gimme A Break, Gimme A Break...
Does this have you humming Kit Kat jingles or reminscing about Nell Carter & Joey Lawrence in the 80's? :) Well, what this message really represents, is what your body is saying to you!!
Day in & out we eat wheat, gluten, caffeine, sugar, dairy, processed meats...
Even if these foods are all organic, they can still have a congesting effect on the digestive system. (That's especially true if we experience stress... not that anyone in our culture does ;)
And assuming you're not able to eat 100% organic (even I can't do that), then you're also getting pesticides & hormones...and likely contaminants that act as neurotoxins in the brain. mmm mmmm mmm.
