Simple Recipe of the Month
Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
(just one of the yummy recipes included in the cleanse!)

blend it up!
blueberries

Ingredients:
(as always, organic please)
  • 1 c. almond milk
  • ½ c. pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp flax
  • 1 tbsp vanilla whey
  • ½ tsp mix: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
    optional:
  • 1 c. ice
  • ½ banana
Blend all together. Enjoy asap.
