SOMETIMES WE GET MORE DONE WITH THE SUPPORT OF OTHERS! Join our GUIDED SPRING CLEANSE
BEGINS THIS WEEKEND!! SAT APRIL 17!! This cleanse has been a learning
experience. It made me realize what my body and my inner self really
needs, which I tend to ignore. It's also great to know that there are
certain foods that I love that I don't need to have all the time to
"survive," the extra caffeine and anything sweet being two of them. And I
love that I'm eating a wider variety of veggies now. Actually,
this cleanse has made me fall in love with veggies all over again.

(Day 9) was a major turn for me
during this whole cleanse. I felt much much lighter and had incredibly
more energy. I used to get home from work and crave something to nibble
on and/or want a short nap. It was nice to see that my energy level
has increased and appetite decreased. Overall, I feel like I have
learned a lot about food, my dependency on food and how I can try to incorporate these healthier options day today.
On the flip side, I am happy to know that I am able to maintain self
control but it does not go without saying that I had some
fairly emotional days. It is amazing how fast the days go - tomorrow
is already day 11?!! I realize that I will have to ease back in =) Many
thanks for giving us this opportunity and leading us through this.

This cleanse has been so
fun..The juice fast was a great day. Doing this cleanse has helped me
feel a lot stronger and more confident with myself that I can do
