Arsenicum: Influenza with gastric complaints, vomiting and diarrhea. High fever following a 2-3 day prodrome. Face is hot and body is chilled. There is restlessness and Anxiety
Bryonia: Motion aggravates the symptoms which include headache, severe aching and tremendous thirst.
Gelsemium: Marked debility, weakness and sleepiness. There is heaviness of the limbs, eyelids and head. Slow insidious onset of fever.
Ferrum Phos: This remedy is good for low grade fevers with few other symptoms, it's generally a good remedy to use in the early stages. The person feels better with cold applications
Dissolve 3 pellets of a 30C potency under the tongue every 1-3 hours until symptoms improve or aggravate. Then repeat the remedy if the case begins to relapse. Contact one of our Homeopaths for more help.

Osteopathic Medicine At Riverdale Homeopathy
We are proud to introduce Anita Young, the newest addition to our clinic.
Anita is a graduate of the Canadian College of Osteopathy's 7 year program. she also has a background in nursing with 14 years as a registered nurse with experience in general medicine, public health, and street nursing in Toronto's urban core.
Osteopathy is a holistic medicine based on the structure and function of the human body. It's approach seeks to identify areas of the human body that are restricted, or constricted, and gently ease theses restrictions so normal function can resume.
Osteopathic practitioners can address problems in any of theses systems:
- Musculoskeletal
- Respiratory
- Cardiovascular
- Digestive
- Reproductive
- Nervous
I've had some phenomenal treatments with Anita and can say first hand how much more fluid and accessible my body feels.
