Program Update

As the 2009 - 2010 school year comes to a close I have had the opportunity to engage in some truly positive conversation with educators about their experience with Make A Difference - Wisconsin.  Teachers are overwhelmingly pleased with the program and each unique volunteer who has presented to their equally unique classes.  Follow-up and focus groups with students have yielded smiles and enthusiasm about the volunteers who took time from their busy days to teach financial literacy and share stories and insight from their lives.  You all have done a phenomenal job and we at Make A Difference - Wisconsin want to sincerely thank you for your efforts.  Your preparation, personal touch, and energetic delivery is what ensures that the information presented goes beyond the classroom and we are fortunate to have such dedicated individuals involved.

Though the school year has ended we still have a handful of opportunities that will be available over the summer months (College Readiness Program, Ethan Allen, Transitions High School) for more information on each click here or contact Volunteer Coordinator Kathie Yaeger at (414) 273-8101 or kathie@makeadifferencewisconsin.org
