Tiffany Stofko had an associate's degree and was in her sixth year as pre-school teacher at the Bethlehem YMCA when she received a letter advising her that the Women's Leadership Initiative had created an opportunity for women in her field to earn a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with WLI's first Cohort.  Tiffany followed through, joined the Cohort - while continuing her work at the Y - and completed her degree requirements in the spring of 2009.

The Emerging Leaders hosted a fun WLI Member Holiday Mixer in December at the Mayflower Diner. The highlight of the event was the adoption of a local Burmese family trying to adapt to a new culture.
