Greetings!
Over a million sport, music and risk takers will be visiting South Bethlehem over the next three weeks, and we are just 30 minutes south of all the action!
It has been two weeks since Saucon Valley Country Club hosted the U.S. Women's Open, the third USGA/LPGA event to be held just 15 minutes north of Tohickon Campground since 1997's U.S. Senior Open which hosted Arnie Palmer, Gary Player & Jack Nicklaus to name a few. This year close to 150,000 people attended the ladie's event, among the spectators...a couple groups who called Tohickon Campground home for a week.
To continue the excitement, this is just a quick "Hello" to fill you in on what is happening around Tohickon Family Campground over the next three weeks. If you have the time and any of the listed events interest you or your family, we would love to host you!

Philadelphia Eagles Training Camp
All the Football Action Just 20 minutes Away
The Philadelphia Eagles football team will be holding training camp at Lehigh University's Goodman Field for the 8th season in a row, 7/27-8/12. McNabb, Westbrook and Reid will be practicing all their plays in full view of the fans. No 60,000 seat stadium to contend with, no eye straining to get a view of your famous Eagle player...all the action takes place before a set of bleachers...how cool!

Tohickon Family Campground is 30 minutes south of all the music and food in Downtown Bethlehem, PA. So from 7/31-8/9, go dance the Chicken Dance or watch the spectacular fireworks on 8/9, there is something here for the entire family.

Just 25 minutes north of Tohickon, the SANDS Casino at BethWorks offers good food and entertainment 
Only open since May 2009, the SANDS Casino has hosted on average 20,000 people a week. From Emeril's Chop House to electronic table games, SANDS Casino offers a wide variety of entertainment for those over 21.
If you are a risk taker or just want to pull the handle a couple of times on your way to and from MUSIKFEST or Eagle's Training Camp, the SANDS Casino is right in the middle of the action.
