Media Advisory
Washington Post Series
The Washington Post is publishing articles and an interactive website containing a compendium of government agencies and contractors allegedly conducting Top Secret work. The website may enable users to see relationships between the federal government and its contractors, describe the type of work the contractors perform, and may identify many government and contractor facility locations. Today's article, "A Hidden World, Growing Out of Control," is the first of a three-part series. It is widely anticipated this series and website will generate follow-on media interest.
NBDPA Members are reminded defense contractors are not authorized to respond to any media requests for comments or information. Where applicable, additional information concerning contractual and security responsibilities regarding such disclosures are available from your firm or organization's CSSO (Contractor Special Security Officer) and FSO (Facility Security Officer).
