The 1st Annual Richard Hackel Trophy was awarded to the winners of the tournament. Mr. Hackel (center) was on hand for the presentation.

A special thanks to our Angel Fund Honorary Chair Lou Merloni (left), his wife Steffanie and son Mason for helping us present the awards. The date for the 2nd Annual Kick UR ALS Soccer Tournament will be announced soon.

Daly Family Comedy Night

The Annual Daly Family Comedy Night was
another huge success, with a great crowd and wonderful comedians. Highlights of the evening included the silent auction, abundant raffles, good food and, of course, the comedians who entertained the sold-out crowd.

Jim Daly (center) enjoyed catching up with friends during the event.

Accolades to the Daly's and all who attended!

Jimmy Kennedy Memorial Road Race a/k/a Squirrel Run XIV

For the past 14 years, the Kennedy family has joined together to honor and remember Jimmy Kennedy. Jimmy, the brother of Angel Fund President Rich Kennedy, lost his battle to ALS at 33 years old.  Although the weather didn't cooperate, the rain didn't dampen the spirits of the runners and walkers of all ages who participated in the event!

Special thanks to all the participants, the Mayor of city of Quincy, and the Quincy Police Department.

Sharon Timlin Memorial Road Race

The Timlin family were on hand once again to honor their mother at the annual Sharon Timlin Memorial Road Race on June 18th. Fourteen members of the family joined nearly 3,000 runners, walkers and volunteers who attended the race and family fun day. Many teams collected pledges to make the race one of the largest yet!

Our race inspiration George Mazareas, his wife Cynthia and daughter Eleni were also at the race to cheer on the runners and their families.

Thanks to Abbie Rosenberg, Dave Krueger and the Hopkinton Running Club for their tireless efforts to host another phenomenal race and family day.
