Two main things: 1) Working with the children, seeing them overcome fear, challenging themselves and in most cases watching them get stronger both mentally and physically over time. 2) The overall quality and dedication of the volunteers. For me, it's a lot of different things. I love the horses and the people or maybe it's the people and the horses, hum, that's a tough one....everyone who works and volunteers there is GREAT! It is so peaceful and relaxing on the farm. The environment as a whole is therapeutic for everyone who enters, not just for those who take therapeutic riding lessons. Thanks RFA! You are a blessing!
