Happy 2012 !
With each new year we consider resolutions. Our resolution is to produce this newsletter. Many of our customers and friends enjoy learning about who we are, what we do, and why we do it. 2011 was a great year and we expect 2012 to be even better. We look forward to sharing information on some of the people at Cleary Bros and some of the great projects that we are working on. |
Personal Profile
As one of the Owners of of Cleary Bros. Landscape Inc, Mike has built the construction division of the company to one of the premiere firms in the Bay Area. Mike's eye for quality, love for construction and passion for challenge has helped put Cleary Bros at the top of the list for many of the best landscape architects and most discerning clients in the Greater Bay Area. Mike has enjoyed building landscapes for estates, home owners associations and commercial owners for over 30 years.
I have really enjoyed the relationships I have made over the years with many wonderful clients, project managers and architects by doing what I love. My goal when taking on a project is to exceed our customers expectations in quality, value and service every time!
Mike enjoys spending his time on the slopes, rivers or mountains with his wife and four daughters. Much of his energy goes into making tough little boys out of his pretty little girls. |

Tea House Deck, City of Piedmont

Cleary Bros was selected to remove and replace the historic Tea House Deck from a select group of local general contractors. The Japanese style handrails highlight our attention to detail. The joints are held together with wooden dowels.
I know I can always trust Mike's team of talented craftsman to deliver quality and value on my projects, says Mark Feldkamp, landscape architect for the City of Piedmont.
This project was designed by Grier Graff Architects of Oakland and was funded by the Piedmont Beautification Committee. This project can be seen any time at 711 Highland Ave, Piedmont Ca.

Mountain View Cemetery |
Cleary Bros has recently taken over care of the Mtn. View Cemetery. The General Manager, Jeff Linhouts saw one of our other properties and contacted us for some help.
Jeff says, " I have always been very impressed with the way the parks are maintained in the City of Piedmont so I asked them who did the the landscape management. That's when I found out it was Cleary Bros.
