Summer is fast approaching. We have kicked things off with a BBQ for all of our employees in Martinez! It was a great time to reconnect all of our people together at once and reflect on the last busy season and what we can do to make this season even better. We have also started electing a "Property of the Month". To encourage healthy competition internally to be the best! The winning crew gets to have what ever they choose for lunch one day following their win.
This month, Apple Hill HOA in Brentwood was chosen as property of the month. The crew that works there inherited a lot of problems and landscape issues and has managed to correct them all and make the property shine! Thank you Juan, Ricardo, Martin, and Eliseo!

| Irrigation Management | |
Lucio and Joe of our Irrigation Division | One of our biggest responisbilities to our clients is managing their landscape irrigation. Our team of Managers and Technicians have been well trained not only in making repairs but also looking out for ways to better optomize your water usage and program your irrigation clocks wisely.
During the winter we focus on testing all of our client's irrigation systems fully to ensure that they are ready for the coming warm summer weather. Most problems encountered are repaired on the spot. Other larger problems are presented to our clients in the form of a proposal.
Through this process we head off big problems at the pass and our client's landscapes look great! |

Celebrating Earth Day
|
|
|
Alison Merek a teacher/therapist at Cameron School | We celebrated Earth Day last month with Cameron School in El Cerrito by donating 2 dozen Ribes Sangeum 'California Currant' plants to the school. We had fun installing them with helpers Alsion and Larry. The next day the kids came out to look at the new plants and learn about them and how they can see these same plants in Tilden Park among other local places.
