Cleary Bros just made your commute a little brighter. In a joint venture with CalTrans and Toyota, we've installed two billboards made of annual flowers. Dave has been an Account Manager with Cleary Bros for 8 years. He manages large HOA's, Commercial Shopping Centers, and Business Centers in the East Bay, including the 580 and 680 corridors.
Dave is a Certified Arborist with many of his properties under tree management plans. As a Certified Water Manager, his focus is property rejuvenation and conservative water use.
Few of you probably know that Dave is an avid bird watcher, gourmet chef and could double as a sommelier at the finest french restaurants.

Going Green

 Being in the Green Industry, going green is a natural step for us. We're working hard to reduce our carbon footprint. Just recently we replaced a gas guzzling truck with a Prius. Now Palmer is getting 50 miles per gallon!! Amazing.
Scanning documents to pdf has cut way down on office paper usage.
Recently, one of our offices hired TaylorMade Water Systems to install a water purification system that eliminated having bottled water trucked in. No more plastic bottles, no truck deliveries needed. The water is actually cleaner too.
Of course our green waste is recycled and put back into the soil. We make and use our own compost. Nothing builds soil better than organic matter.
We've learned a many sustainable landscaping techniques through the Bay Friendly Certification Process and are always looking for ways to improve.
