 Meet David Landau,
Director of Food and Beverage
We are excited to welcome David Landau as our new Director of Food and Beverage. Born into a family of restaurateurs, David has enjoyed a long career in the culinary world, from Hong Kong to London and then right here in Bellevue, where he operated critically acclaimed Landau's Restaurant and, later, Landau's Catering and Events. Resident blogger Marilyn Farrell sat down with David to learn more about his background, philosophy and vision for food service at Emerald Heights.  Join us for our annual Open House event
Mark your calendars now and get ready to join us for our annual Open House and Tour of Resident Homes on Saturday, July 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This popular event features:
- Tours of the campus community spaces, including the fitness center, creative arts studio, dining venues, landscaped grounds and much more.
- Tours of furnished, resident apartments in a variety of floor plans.
- Opportunities to chat with residents and staff about what life at Emerald Heights is really like.
- An update on our expansion plans.
- Refreshments and door prizes.
New this year:
Tour our brand new Fitness Center, featuring:
- A 30' x 60' swimming pool with zero-gravity entry (ramp system) for lap swimming and aquatic exercise programs;
- Jacuzzi spa;
- Exercise class room for popular group classes, like tai chi, yoga and aerobics;
- Equipment room with state-of-the-art Keiser fitness equipment for both strength training and cardiovascular exercise programming;
- Men's & women's locker rooms; and
- Spa with massage therapy room and salon services (hair care, manicures & pedicures.)
Wear your walking shoes
We're going to cover a lot of ground at our Open House, so dress for comfort!
Park and ride Park at adjacent Redmond High School, located at 17272 NE 104th Street. Shuttle buses will run every 15 minutes to the Emerald Heights campus beginning at 9:45 a.m. The last shuttle from Redmond High School leaves at 3:30 p.m.
