In this issue of Connection, resident blogger Marilyn Farrell shares a story of Thanksgiving 2010, which turned out to be not only one of the most challenging but also one the most rewarding celebrations ever.

Then we offer several items of note to those of you considering a move to Emerald Heights:
  • RESERVE NOW AND SAVE: Act now to lock in 2011 entry fee prices, even if you don't plan to make a move until 2012.
  • BUILD YOUR FUTURE HERE: Be among the first depositors on our planned expansion, and you can take your choice of floor plans and apartment location.
  • FIND A FANTASTIC REALTOR: Preferred realtor Bill Badgley shares his insights in our new resource sheet: "Secrets to choosing a great real estate professional."

A gratitude reflection

What are you grateful for? Thanksgiving is the natural time to stop and reflect over our lives -- what has passed and what's to come -- and try to put into words both what we're grateful for and what we're grateful to be done with.

Last year, my Thanksgiving was -- by outside measures -- not one to treasure, but I have to say there were so many blessings that came out of it.

lockReserve now and save

In these challenging economic times, far too many things seem beyond our control. But here is one opportunity where your quick action can mean big savings for you.

Reserve an available apartment at Emerald Heights by the end of the year and you can lock in 2011 entry fee prices -- even if you don't plan to make a move until 2012. This is a great opportunity for those planning a move within the next six months.

How does this work? Our entrance fees and monthly service fees are adjusted annually to reflect our increased operating costs. The entry fees for our currently available one- and two-bedroom apartments are expected to increase as much as $3,900-15,000+, depending on the floor plan. If you act now, you can lock in the current prices and pocket the difference!

At the moment, we have a good selection of apartments available for immediate reservation. So don't let this opportunity pass you by. Select and reserve your new home by December 31, 2011, and save a bundle on your move in 2012.

To discuss this opportunity and learn more about how to lock in these 2011 prices, please call 425-556-8161 or e-mail Sharon Howell to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.

Come early for the best selection!
