Smart Investment or Duplicate Expense?
When long-term care insurance meets Life Care.

Luncheon Seminar
Tuesday, January 26th, 11:30 - 2:00 p.m.

Have you ever wondered about how moving to Emerald Heights might affect your long-term care insurance? Will you still need it? Is it worth it? What factors should you consider?

Financial advisor Jackie Lum from Edward Jones will discuss long-term care insurance, coverage options, risks and benefits; Marta Willson will review how these policies work with Life Care at Emerald Heights; and staff from our accounting department will be on hand also to field your specific questions.

You'll leave this lunch seminar equipped with helpful information to guide your decision making.

Space is limited! Reserve your spot with this online form by Tuesday, January 19th. We will confirm your reservation by e-mail.

If you prefer to reserve your spot by phone, call 425-556-8161 and leave a message including your name, phone number, and number of people in your party.

Perfect gifts for the new year

My quirky family gave me a gift this year that has provided a lot of chuckles to all who know me. You'll have to read my blog to learn more.

The gift I am giving myself is that of moving on and letting go of my beloved home in Kirkland. I'll share some lessons I learned as I prepared to put my house on the market. You might be pleasantly surprised to learn what a realtor can do for you these days, especially if you take the time to find the perfect fit for you.

Click here to see my house and learn more about my adventures getting it on the market. I'll be eager to report back some good news when it sells!

Visit my blog anytime. And if you have a question or comment, please send me an e-mail. I'd love to hear from you!

Pass it on! If you would like to share information about Emerald Heights with your friends or family members, we invite you to forward this e-mail using the link below.
