Jackie Lum Jackie Lum has been working as a Financial Advisor for 17 years, including 10 years at Dain Rauscher before moving to his current position with Edward Jones. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley, followed by a master's degree in urban planning from the University of Washington. He has been an active volunteer in many community organizations, including Rotary Club (International District), Beacon Hill Chamber of Commerce, Girl Scouts and Nikkei Horizons.
