evening of fun. She'll guide you through your first short food
piece starting with describing your favorite food, learning to create

About Corinne
An
award-winning author and celebrated expert on Asian cuisines, Corinne
Trang has written numerous cookbooks receiving Food & Wine's
Best of the Best Award, as well as The World Cookbook Fair's Best
Asian Cuisine Book in the World. She has published in Food &
Wine, Health, Cooking Light, and Saveur.
Corinne is the east coast correspondent for America's Dining
and Travel Guide (Business Talk Radio). Corinne is currently a
visiting faculty at New York University.
Her
books include: Authentic Vietnamese Cooking (1999),
Essentials of Asian Cuisine (2003), The Asian Grill (2006, Curry
Cuisine (2006), A Food Lover's Companion: Vietnamese (2007),
Noodles Every Day (2009).
