Grandma Woodman's Homemade Chocolate Sauce & Shaker Pond Ice Cream ~ An Unbeatable Combo!!
We are thrilled to announce that Shaker Pond Ice Cream, located in nearby Alfred, is now going to be supplying us with their delicious French Vanilla ice cream. Shaker Pond ice cream is homemade, creamy and insanely good. Best of all, they have agreed to make it to order. We can't get it to you much fresher than that! We think you will all be very happy when you try this great product.
Try pairing this outstanding ice cream with a slice of blueberry pie. If you are not a pie eater, we are now serving "Mimi" Woodman's homemade chocolate sauce. This chocolate sauce is a family recipe passed down from Doris Woodman, grandmother to co-owners Myles & Dick Henry. Doris is responsible for a number of our menu items including our World Famous Lobster Pie. We have just begun to offer this delicious sauce and it has been very well received by our guests. This sauce is an excellent accompaniment to ice cream as well as our homemade brownie and waffle sundaes.
