Our years of experience in the field of landscape photography allows us to use nature as the perfect backdrop to our family portraits. By shooting outdoors in a beautiful setting utilizing natural light the photograph sessions are more relaxed. This results in a better final product than traditional indoor staged portraits.

Planning the perfect outcome - Understanding the needs of our clients is key to our success. We start with a one hour consultation at our studio to plan your dream portrait session. We will discuss locations such as a place with special memories, your backyard where you spend a lot of time a or a favorite location such as a park. We need to understand who will be in the photograph-young children, parents, grandparents. Does anyone have any special needs such as mobility issues we need to be aware of? We discuss attire considerations, what clothing themes photograph well, what does not. Do you want to incorporate hobbies or sports interests? How many wardrobe changes will there be? Finally we need to understand how your photographs will be displayed in your home and given as gifts. 
The Session - The important thing to remember is to have fun. These photographs are meant to show your family as they are and this only happens if everyone is relaxed and having a good time. Since this session is scheduled for 1 - 2 hours please bring a favorite toy and snacks for your children. We will take the family photographs first and the individual ones second when your children will be relaxed which offers great photographic opportunities.
Viewing/Ordering - Please plan for a 1.5 hour session in our studio to review the photographs. We encourage all of the decision makers to attend this session to ensure that everyone has a chance to pick their favorites. This is also the time that you will have the opportunity to choose from our wide variety of sizes, finishes and frame choices.
Pricing - Our pricing for the standard sessions outlined above is $295. Large groups or other photographs that will extend beyond a 2 hour portrait session or a location beyond 25 miles from Clayton, CA will be quoted separately.

Pricing - T&K images offers Corporate portraits which are taken at our studio. The price for this is $150 which includes one web optimized digital image licensed for business card or website use. |
