| Somma Broach Centering Fixture |
Reduce machine downtime with Somma's new Broach Centering Fixtures. These centering fixtures allow the operator to preset the broaching tool to center, off the machine, prior to performing the broaching operation. They can be used with internal and external broach tool holders with shank diameters of 5/8", ¾" and 1" where the spindle is lined up with the turret.
Broach Centering Fixtures for broach tool holders with shanks greater than 1" diameter are also available, price on application. See page 55 of Somma Catalog 2008 for more details. Instructions are included.

| Dovetail Sharpening Fixture |

We have received many requests throughout the years for a Dovetail Sharpening Fixture, and this is the year that we have designed one. Our "DSF" can be used in both vertical and horizontal positions and this one fixture can be used for all sizes of dovetails from .375 to 1.882 (1-1/4 dovetail). Spacers are included for the following angles: 0, 2, 12, 17, 19.5, and 22 degrees. Spacers for other angles can also be supplied upon request. See page 17 of Somma Catalog 2008 for more details.
