even though I know surveys are really hard to get right, I bravely stumbled into the abyss.... So, when I asked why did you visit my website, I didn't expect almost everyone (so far) to say "to do your survey....!"    There was at least one (witty) exception to this...I went to your website "to go to the pictures".  

The overall results are coming in as graphs and I like that. So far, some the comments are a bit on the wild side, with one person suggesting that I paint in China (maybe they meant paint on china?) and more than one suggesting I do a lot of sums. Most of you already know that suggesting I do sums is not a winning entry. And I won't hold it against you if you have another great idea as well (as long as it doesn't involve me doing sums).

 At the half-way stage to the finish line this is a reminder that despite my limited survey writing ability, I am on the look-out for good ideas. For example, question 15 includes the opportunity..."I've got a better idea than that and it is......"  All ideas are welcome about surviving as a painter in the current climate.
