For almost two years ACSA has been working to advance the need to improve the quality, rigor and accountability of state approved Supplemental Education Services providers through the Title 5 public regulations process. The final package of Supplemental Educational Services regulations were approved by the Office of Administrative Law on May 23, 2011, and will become effective on June 22, 2011.
