June 2, 2009
Dear ,

In this season of Pentecost, we are aware of the places around the globe that need the Spirit's power to bring peace, to end conflicts, to heal memories and to restore hope.  May the gifts of the Spirit continue to break down barriers and forge communal bonds of solidarity that lead us to ever new thresholds of hope.

In this posting we have resources on Pakistan - in the news lately, a summer reading list of books that are great to use to engage Catholic social teaching themes, a service learning checklist for assessing programs and classroom learning and more.

Please see the list at the left for our latest resources to support your work in bringing gospel justice to life.

Peace,
