Will Writing
One of the most important legal activities each of us faces is deciding how, after our death, our assets will be used and who will benefit from them. If your preferences have not been clearly stated in a will, then it is likely that those preferences will not be carried out. It is a wonderful way of expressing your love to the people and organizations you cherish. It is a way to take control of your assets, and make a positive statement.

Young couples tend to put off writing a will because they get caught up in their new roles as parents. Also, because people are living longer, healthier lives, they're less likely to think about becoming ill or incapacitated. If you die without a will -- a status known as intestate -- you leave it up to the state to decide who will take care of your child.

Join us as Bob Starowski walks us through the process and leave with peace of mind knowing that you have taken care of your family even after you are gone.
