Weekly Updates
Greetings!

Can you believe that summer is almost over? Or that we actually had multiple days in the high 70's to low 80's? Or even that the Police, Firefighter and EMT Appreciation event has come and gone? We will have pictures of the event up and running soon. The next time you see Heather Kortlever or Katrina Bettis, this years PFEA Program chairs make sure you tell them how much of a good time you had.

We had a great time this summer and I hope that you will join us for some events this fall. I have listed a few of the events below but check out our website for a full schedule. seattlejaycees.org

Congratulations to Larry Olson, Jill R. Griffin and Linda C. Kurij for their answers to last weeks trivia question. "When did the Seattle Jaycees move into their current location?" According to the plaque on the wall in our foyer the Jaycees moved in, in 1988, which was Larry Olson's answer.

However I have also seen it listed with slightly different dates in other places. So I have decided to award them all with a small gift. Be sure to stop by the office sometime and find out what that is!

This weeks Trivia Question: Who said "Keep my voice steady and strong" while addressing representatives from 30 cities. Need a hint?
