Recently I was contacted (through the Seattle Jaycees) by Seattle Works regarding an event that I thought some of you might be interested in.
On August 9, over 300 individuals will participate in an Amazing Race-style urban adventure right here in Seattle.
Contestants will be required to stop at ChasePoints (challenges that range from trivia to rock climbing), and each ChasePoint needs at least three volunteers.
I want to put together a team but there are not enough interested people through the Jaycees, would you be interested in putting together a team of 3-5 people to staff a ChasePoint with me?
Volunteers at the event will be compensated with lunch, a free t-shirt, and an invitation to the event after party. What do you think?
