It is that time again to give out grants for all those organizations that are helping out the residents of Tukwila or are located in Tukwila. I hear there are many people interested in being on this committee and I want to know who you are. Shoot me an email at cob@seattlejaycees.org and give me a call at 206.240.7057 to let me know who you are.
We will be meeting on April 21 at 6:30pm to determine who will be receiving our grants this time around.

| Relay for Life
|
May 3 is fast approaching us, but we still have 27 days to raise money for the event. If you have not yet signed up and would like to, please go to http://main.acsevents.org/site/TR?pg=team&fr_id=6351&team_id=183173
The goal that has been set is to raise $5,000. At this time we have raised $590 which only puts us at 12% of our goal. We also have a goal of having at least 10 team members and we currently have 5 which puts us at 50% of our goal. I would like to congratulate Heather Kortlever as she has raised the most money for our team.
