Comments sought - On Nov 16, 2011, the Army Corps of Engineers issued notice that the regulations pertaining to the Corps' regulatory Program are being reviewed and the public is invited to submit comments. This includes ALL Corps regulatory programs, such as dredging and dredge disposal, structures in navigable waters, Nationwide permits, and definitions of navigable waters and fill material.
