MIAF Legislative Planning Summit 

Date: August 24, 2011
Time: 10am EDT/9am CEN
Location: Webinar
 

The regional marine associations have provided their priorities.  As a group we will discuss them and make a plan for accomplishing them.  Some of the items that will be discussed are:

  • Length requirements to allow dealers to sell bigger boats without having to have a brokers license
  • Mandatory life jackets
  • Boat insurance regarding hurricane season
  • Ethanol Fuel  

We will conduct this meeting via a webcast.  Participants will dial in for the audio and log on to a special website.
