BallenIsles does not sleep in the summertime with 12 recorded sales closing during July and August! Inventory has gone down with 87 properties currently on the market for sale. We do expect inventory to rise slightly this Fall as many unsold porperties will come back on the market. However, even in a down market, BallenIsles has proved itself to be a desirable destination for new second home buyers and full time residents.*
