Dali on Tour - Opens Friday!
Exhibit Dates: January 27th - March 1st Opening Reception: Friday, January 27th, 5-8pm
The Center for the Arts Evergreen kicks off our 2012 exhibition schedule with Dali on Tour; a traveling exhibition on loan from The Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida. This exhibit was made possible by our sponsor, Dr. Ruth Morehouse from the Marriage & Family Health Center of Evergreen.
The exhibit features high quality reproductions of paintings by Salvador Dali, and this will be a first for Evergreen. The images are accompanied by educational panels that lead the viewer through the life and artwork of Dali.
Join us for the Opening Reception with refreshments this Friday from 5-8pm. We also invite you to delve deeper into Dali's work and Surrealism as a whole by coming to our Brown Bag Lunch Lecture by Jean Sharer on February 1st, 12-1pm.
As always, Center for the Arts Evergreen is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Monday - Friday, 10am-5pm and Saturday, 12-5pm.

Brown Bag Lecture: Wednesday January 25, 12-1pm. Please join us this Wednesday as Emma Ginsberg, a mixed media artist, speaks about her work. Emma received her BFA in illustration from the University of Central Missouri and has shown her work in numerous galleries and art festivals around the country. Emma taught a Workshop here at the Center for the Arts Evergreen earlier this month and will be teaching an extensive Mixed Media Painting class in February.
