Summerfest - Thank Yous    

 

A thank you for all Summerfest sponsors, volunteers, participants and the community that supported us. It was great - the most successful to date, great weather, and fun was had by all. We hope you enjoyed it and that we will see you at Winterfest on November 12th and of course Summerfest next year! 

Brown Bag Lunch Lecture  

"Who Does She Think She Is?"

Join us on Wednesday for a lecture by Lisa Pettitt and Andrea Antkowiak on the history of women in art. Bring your lunch - we'll provide some snacks.

Arts Alive Evergreen - CAE Events 

Saturday, July 23rd 

 

CAE Members at Bergen Village
Don't miss the CAE Member's Gallery at Bergen Village. A special four day only members exhibition to commemorate the Visual and Performing Arts at Bergen Village. The gallery is located at D-114, 1254 Bergen Parkway next to HearthFire Books and WaterMark. Join us this Thursday evening, July 21, 5:30-8:30 pm for a gala opening reception along with an "Art Walk" through the shops, music, entertainment,  and refreshments. Register to win many wonderful prizes. The evening is also being shared with the Evergreen Area Chamber of Commerce monthly mixer.

Paint, Sculpt, Shoot Downtown Evergreen Paint Out
The arts really will come alive in downtown Evergreen for our annual Downtown Evergreen Paint Out this Saturday, July 23rd, 9am-4pm. We broaden the definition of en plein air to include photographers and sculptors along with painters who create work from the landscape. For this event, artists will be all over downtown Evergreen creating artwork. CAE will host the Paint, Sculpt, Shoot exhibition September 16th through October 13th.

Exploration of a Medium: Photography

  • August 3, 12-1pm: Brown Bag Lunch Lecture with Mark Addison, former faculty member of the Department of Art and Art History, University of Colorado Boulder.
