Mentees celebrate start of summer with events at Sheep Pasture Farm & Six Flags

Twenty lucky matches from around the state enjoyed a free, fun Farm Day 2011and educational day at Sheep Pasture Farm in North Easton on June 4. Hosted by the Highland Street Corps Ambassadors of Mentoring, the day included a lunch and various activities like an obstacle course, a tulip flower planter building workshop donated by the Home Depot, and farm education sessions.

The following week, 250 matches attended the second annual Mentoring Day at Six Flags, who provided discounted tickets, free parking and food vouchers. A great time was had by all!
