Mass Mentoring Counts 2010 is coming...
Together with the UMass Donahue Institute, MMP is gearing up to release Mass Mentoring Counts 2010. We have worked to guarantee that our timing will be earlier this round, so that we can present key data during National Mentoring Month 2011. Be counted this August when the Mass Mentoring Counts survey is released!
In the past two years, we've seen the results of Mass Mentoring Counts benefit individual programs and MMP alike. We've not only documented and analyzed key trends, we've also identified unmet needs in Massachusetts. Take a look at some of the MMC 2008 data tidbits presented at the 2010 Youth Mentoring Day at the State House.
With your participation, we can once again demonstrate the need for mentors and enhance program services. Mass Mentoring Counts 2010 is coming - keep a look out this August!
Please direct any questions or comments about the survey to Stephanie Oh, soh@massmentors.org.
Did you know: focus on Western Massachusetts According to Mass Mentoring Counts 2008, 20 out of the 135 responding programs were located in Western Massachusetts, and they served almost 1,400 youth in formal mentoring relationships. Check out more notable Western MA demographics - this is just a sample of the kind of data we will mine from MMC 2010, which will help programs with grant applications, advocacy, and more.
