Mentors, mentees enjoy afternoon
at Fenway Park

On Feb. 6 more than 50 mentors, mentees, and program staff gathered at Fenway to celebrate mentoring and recognize the 2009 recruits - new RSMC2010 matchmentors recruited through the Red Sox Mentoring Challenge.

The recognition event included world-famous Fenway fare like cracker jacks and Fenway franks,  a welcome from Susan Goodenow, Vice President of Public Affairs for the Red Sox, picture opportunities with the 2004 World Series Trophy, a raffle to win Red Sox tickets, and an exclusive tour of the park.

Above right: Pat, mentor, and mentee Justin talked about the meaning of their mentoring relationship and how they have the Red Sox to thank for their friendship
