Mobile and tablet website visits
Customers increasingly demand access to web services through their mobile devices (such as iPad and iPhones). This means if your website doesn't work on these devices your customers might give up and go elsewhere.
Slow web hosting
The faster a website loads the less frustration it causes to the customer. If your website loads slowly your customers have to wait. Those who are not patient might just decide to go to your competition.
Difficult to use
This one is obvious but can be easily missed. Your customers do not want to spend time with figuring out how to use your website. Use the KISS principle: Keep it simple stupid.

Crafty Cooks started in Buckinghamshire in 2007. Such was its success the business has grown and spread its wings, to ensure that children all across the U.K are given the opportunity, not only to learn basic cookery skills, but to taste and discover the foods we use. Many of the children attending classes do so because their parents feel they need a little more support in expanding their child's diet.
The group works along the principle that by making a scone using sweet potato, or a cake with beetroot, these foods will become far more acceptable to the child and so you are placing your first building blocks towards a child unafraid of new taste experiences. Of course, it's not just fussy children that benefit.
