 Our 2010 Awards Finalists Have Been Announced
Our awards recognise the best activities and party entertainment for children across the UK! And our 4th annual awards are reaching their exciting conclusion very soon.
We've had over 2500 nominations and over 27,000 votes this year. We just thrilled by such an amazing response from you all!
You can now see the line up of 2010 finalists here! Everyone of our finalists should be extremely proud of making it to the final stage of our awards. The competition was very tough with groups and teachers nominated from across the UK.
They will now been joining us & Phil Gallagher of Cbeebies Mister Maker at our awards ceremony on 27th June at the Baby Expo Brighton where we find out who our 2010 winners are!

Out and About this Summer
We've had a few days of nice weather recently and isn't it great to get outdoors with the family! Our Mums' Network have been busy reviewing all sorts of different products to make getting out and about with a family easier and more fun! They've reviewed games, picnic foods, portable BBQs, clothes and loads of different travel friendly items. So, whether it's a long trip, a day in the garden or a visit to the beach or park, we have over 30 great ideas that will help you plus tips and advice.

Little Legs for Life
Little Legs for Life is a new event that was born in Walton Upon Thames after a young boy saw his mum participate in Race for Life and wondered why he couldn't take part as well. Subsequently a group of mums joined forces and gave their children the opportunity to support Cancer Research UK too.
With the creative and organisational skills that mothers are famed for, the ladies held their first Little Legs for Life event, where children, some as young as two, took part to see how far they could run.
 On the day, the determination of the children echoed that of their mums with many youngsters running until they had to be stopped! The event was a phenomenal success as well as being great fun and raised a fantastic £15,000.
Little Legs is a great way to engage children in the cause, raising both awareness and funds to help beat cancer. We hope to see Little Legs eventsset up all over the UK, if you think you can help us to make a difference or would like to know more please contact littlelegs@cancer.org.uk

Some top tips from leading language company

Many of us will be busy planning a family holiday to Spain or France this year, as these are still two of the top holiday destinations for us Brits, however every parent knows what a challenge it can be to keep young children entertained in the car to and from the airport or ferry!
