email database is now over 20,000? That's over 60% more than this time
last year!
How do we do it?
We do a lot of PR, recently our Mummy Friends survey was picked up across the interent and printed media, we Twitter, we pay for google ads, our Mums' Network has over 300 members who distribute flyers locally and we have flyers at many of the regional family exhibitions, we regularly appear on regional radio and our awards put us in the national and local press across the UK many many times!
We were particularly delighted to see www.mumandworking.co.uk featuring in the Daily Mirror and Prima Baby & Pregnancy magazine - and named in the top 50 parenting websites by The Independent!
And what this means for you is that thousands of parents are coming to us to find your details - and you're part of a string of websites that are getting rather well known across the UK!

 Refer-a-Friend, earn up to £20 for each friend or colleague!
We're introducing a refer-a-friend scheme across our websites from today.
If you refer a friend or colleague to us and they pay to advertise on any of our websites then we will give you a £5 credit to use against any upgrades or your renewal.
And your friend will also receive a 10% discount on their advertising so everyone is happy.
And that's not all! You will receive a £5 credit for each of our websites they advertise on. So if they advertise on all 4 of our websites you will earn a £20 credit! And you can carry over any unused credit to another year.
All you need to do is tell a friend about us, make sure they know to mention our refer-a-friend scheme and your name. Then when you receive our upgrade or renewal invoice just let us know that we owe you a credit and we'll reissue your invoice minus your refer-a-friend credit.
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.
And don't forget the VAT rate is due to go back up to 17.5% on 1st January so now is definitely the time for you and your friends to advertise!

What's On 4 2010 Awards

 Hopefully you have seen the exciting news about our What's On 4 2010 awards.
It's the 4th year of our awards and for 2010 they are combined across our 3 whatson4... websites with 16 awards to recognise children's activities and party entertainment across the UK.
The awards ceremony will be held at the Brighton Baby Expo and hosted by CBEEBIES Mister Maker, a sure hit with children everywhere!
Prima Baby & Pregnancy magazine continues to support us along with many other companies.
This is an amazing opportunity for you to get some great PR, recognition and even some prizes!
Nominations start in January 2010 so please make sure that the children and parents know so they can nominate you, all nominations and all voting will be done on-line. |
