Summer was spectacular and Fall is a season of beautiful changes.
I receive a daily professional newsletter that always includes a quote, and those of you who know me well, know how I love good quotes!
This one largely sums up CKC's past, present and future, and so I want to share it with you.

CKC is always making learning fun! And we're moving in a new direction, literally, all over the North Shore area! Here's why:
Like children, CKC has grown in its programing and desire to serve the community. In our infancy, we had a long time home in Evanston supported by Kendall College and families from near and far. When Kendall College relocated to downtown Chicago, our home of seven and a half years turned over ownership. It was time to go to school and grow in a new environment. Relocation to the Mayer Kaplan Center was temporary and has now led us into your schools, churches and temples, yoga centers and we continue to come into your homes! Yes, we're spreading our wings and bringing some ease to family life. This decision requires a lot of careful planning and reorganizing. Wow! And here's how you can help:
* Sign up for the class of your interest. CKC provides high quality instruction in:
Music Enrichment (Infants to Five yrs), Mandarin Chinese, Cooking for Life, Karate, Dance, Drama, Science, Art/Music and Birthday Entertainment.

* If you know of a suitable location where we could hold classes, we'd love to hear about it!
* Be a bridge to help bring CKC programing into your child's school.Tell them about your experiences and help to make your school even stronger.
* Help us grow our email database.We want to inform your neighbors and child's classmates.
* Create a home based music group that grows and learns together weekly.
* Lend your special talents in the area of not for profit community building, marketing, graphic arts, finance, database maintenance, or are you the cog of support and ideas that greases the wheel of change? We are always grateful for help of any kind. We've grown stronger because of your past support.
