It's a great time of year to get moving. The weather is getting better and soon we won't have winter coats to hide behind. And our kids are getting bigger (and faster) and we have to keep up with them. We've got some great activities that will keep you and your children moving (see below). Check out Music Together or Music & Movement...move with your kids! Or, take some time to care for yourself and bond with other women with our NEW Women's Power Yoga. All of these classes start this week so register today!
You also need support. In your community. Other moms. Other dads. Come on over and make new friends. And remember to share. Yes, it's very important to share your toys (but hey, since we're the grown-ups, maybe we should share our thoughts and emotions about our new and adorable little housemates).
And speaking of being healthy, we're a new pick-up site for Heaven's Harvest CSA (community-supported agriculture). If you've been hankering for some organic/locally-grown food, check them out. Sign up for the summer share and designate your pick-up spot as Mothers & Company. It's much less expensive than going to the store and your food is fresh, local and diverse (and yummy!).

Love the photos above?

Love the photos above? They're all from the talented Suzanne Larocque of Sleaque Images.
Suzanne has a passion for capturing the essence of children and
families is one of the factors that make the photographic art of
Suzanne Larocque distinctive. With portraits that are classic and
natural with a modern flair, Suzanne has a gift for making people feel
at ease and this creates portraits that are beautiful and emotionally
moving. Says the East Longmeadow, Massachusetts based photographer, "I have been photographing people for over ten years. I have found that approaching each session with joy and patience is a major key to my success. I have been known to be goofy and I have no problem getting down and dirty with even the littlest of subjects. I feel this interaction is what allows me to capture the true nature of your child and your family."
