Now there are three New Moms Groups PLUS Motherhood Balance (a more in-depth moms group on Thursdays for moms of children of all ages)

demand, this workshops walks you through the benefits and quirks of
each cloth diaper, accessories and how to wash them and live day-to-day
with them. This workshop will rock your world and help you understand
how easy, cheap and fun it is to use cloth diapers! $10 per family (if

Infant Massage

This is a fantastic class for anyone who cares for a baby, newborn and
up, and can be taken one time or many. Each class will demonstrate
basic techniques then focus on a specific area. Led by an occupational therapist/infant massage instructor/mother. Reading materials and a bottle of oil to take home are provided. Light refreshments also provided.
