We've got a lot of fun and inspirational stuff planned for you...
MONDAY!! Green Cleaning Workshop is a great place to meet other people who are interested in learning how to clean without using toxic chemicals (isn't that everyone??). This workshop, led by our green cleaning guru, Cathy, will help you figure out what simple items you can get at the grocery store, how to put them together and, voila--healthy cleaning solutions that are safe for you, your babies and your pets, too! You'll go home with a green cleaning starter kit and recipes (and snacks are included). Make it a night out with friends!

Pregnant and planning to breastfeed? Come to our Breastfeeding class learn how (and bring your partner so he or she can learn some of the best ways to support you and help you succeed at feeding your baby/babies). Your instructor, lactation consultant Debbie Page, is known as a miracle-worker in these parts...she also leads a fun and informative class! Don't miss it!

Mommy Yoga BYOB (bring your own baby)
This class is back with a name change (formerly Mom and Baby Yoga). Sarah is excited to see you again or meet you for this flexible class...mom does yoga while baby hangs out or gets incorporated into the poses. It's intended to be a workout for mom and ends with some relaxation (after the babies are lulled to sleep by the yogic music).

Infant/Child CPR & Safety Class...a super-important skill
Do you know the most recent guidelines for effective CPR? Shouldn't everyone know how to save
a life using simple methods like those you'll learn in our Infant/Child CPR & Safety
class? You'll also learn the basics of adult CPR and if you need to be
certified for work, just let us know and for an additional fee of $10 and an
additional test after class, you can also get your certification card.
Taught by Kim Packard, an AHA-certified CPR instructor.
