2-1-1 True Story

A single mother connected with her local Transitional Assistance Department and requested additional non-emergency assistance. She was in need of a very important household appliance... a refrigerator for her family.

Her contact referred many customers to 2-1-1 with success, and also told her to dial 2-1-1, available 24-hours a day, for help.

She dialed 2-1-1 and was referred to the right resource for her needs and was able to receive a refrigerator for her family.
