Greetings!
As you may already know, Howard Zinn passed away on Wednesday, January 27. We are deeply saddened. His incredible energy, wit, knowledge, political analysis, vision, and
dedication had us convinced that he would outlive us all. At 87, he
continued to inform and inspire in his presentations across the
country, radio interviews, essays, and film making. Read tributes.

Tell Us Your Story About Teaching a People's History
|
To demonstrate the lasting impact Howard Zinn has had on elementary
and secondary school educators and students, we are collecting
teachers' stories, which will be shared on the Zinn Education Project
website and linked to HowardZinn.org.
These stories can provide ideas and inspiration to other school staff
and parents who are looking for ways to deepen the teaching of US
history in their schools. Tell us your story.
