Speed Up Ice Skating
I grew up in New England and love to skate...fast. Florida is great for rollerblading, but I haven't ice skated since I moved down south.
I just found out there's an ice skating rink in Orlando and I can't wait to check it out.

Eat In Can You Do This?
For the last 30 years I've eaten six times a day. The reason I started is long, but the reason I continued to eat six small meals a day is simple - it made me feel good.
But, things are changing for me. At a routine ENT (ear, nose, throat) doctor's appointment this past summer, he found "acid pooling around my vocal cords". Turns out, I have a hiatal hernia - something I thought was rare, but is far more common. That just means the stomach pooches into the esophagus and so stomach acid can come up.
Anyway, the doctor recommended NOT eating a few hours before bedtime. OMG!! That was a tall order for me...but it's been nearly six months and I've lived to tell this story.
I won't lie. It wasn't always easy. Having a bedtime snack had been an important part of my life for 30 years! But, I'm getting used to it.
