Money Making Idea:

Guest Blogging

Light bulb idea
No time to write a regular blog? Or do you already have a blog, but want to increase your customer base even more?

Then, be a guest blogger! In this article, Lisa Barone writes, "guestblogging on other blogs is a great way to attract new customers, create business partnerships and to introduce your brand to people who may be naturally inclined to like you."
The article uncovers how to find high authority bloggers that are open to guest bloggers and where to find user generated blogs.
Greetings! ,

Lately, there's been a lot of discussion on the NE listserve 2009 ADA 5K runabout how to earn the money we deserve.

Here's what I tell my telecoaching clients who can't seem to make enough dough:

"Perhaps the reason why you can't convince someone that you are worth more money is because you haven't convinced YOURSELF that you're worth more money."

Would YOU pay $100 (or $250) an hour for someone who offers the advice you offer?

Hmmm...
I hope you have a productive week!

The Big Book of Marketing Ideas

Have you ever gotten a great idea, only to quickly forget it? Many of us do. We read about a company or conference and say, "I need to contact them" but then forget to do so. We hear about a new way to market or have an idea about updating our web or get an idea for the next book...but unless we write it down, it's quickly forgotten.

How can you keep your ideas top-of-mind? When it comes to emails filled with great ideas, instead of printing them off, I often file them in a specifically market folder in my Outlook email program. But, if it's a business card, an article, or a note to myself, I file it in my Big Book of Marketing Ideas.

My Big Book is a three inch, three ring binder filled with sections including Web Update, Blogging, Book Ideas, Promotion Ideas, etc.

When I get a few hours to update my website, I refer to all my notes in that section of the Big Book. I often refer to the Promotion Ideas when planning my to-do list for the week. When I run out of companies and conventions to contact for speaking, I turn to my Big Book of Ideas.

One place. Neatly organized. You'll never run out of great ideas again!
