Brigid's Place
Greetings Brigid's Place Family:

Now that it finally feels like spring we're looking forward to a slew of great events in the month of May.  World Labyrinth Day is the first Saturday of May and starts the month off with an opportunity to gather with your local community while celebrating with people around the world.  Our friends at St. Paul's United Methodist Church have a wonderful day planned for tomorrow.

Hopefully many of these events will appeal to you and you'll mark your calendars to attend.  The Magdalen Community will be sponsoring a Charter of Compassion series to be held at the Rothko Chapel beginning in June.  More details to follow next week!

Have a wonderful weekend and peace and blessings to all.

Brigid's Place is a 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Non-Profit Organization that supports the spiritual development of women. We offer classes, lectures, discussion groups, weekend workshops and retreats where people can ask questions relating to their spiritual journeys, address their doubts, and become empowered to meet the challenges of life.  We are named after St. Brigid, a fifth century Irish Celtic Saint who founded a monastery of nuns and monks based on the social concept of equality of men and women.  They were known for their wisdom, compassion, hospitality, and healing.
