Happy St. Patrick's Day!  

 

We've had a busy year so far, and moving into Quarter 2 will be even busier.  

 With low inventory in many South Bay areas, we are seeing multiple offers. The market is hot! Rates are as low as 3.75%, consult a local mortgage advisor for details.  

 

If you've been on the fence to make a move, now is a good time. If you've been thinking of selling and moving to a bigger or smaller home, now's a good time as well. Of course, if you're going to sell, pricing your home right is the key to getting buyers to make offers.
