After a busy year, we're taking some time off to rest and rejuvenate during the holidays.  We'll be returning to the office on January 3, and we'll be fresh and ready to handle all of your real estate needs and referrals in 2012.

Melinda's Annual Client Appreciation Party 2011 Notes & Slideshow 
 
Each year I host a party in honor of my clients and those who refer my business.
We work hard to do a good job with the details before, during and after escrow closes. I know there are lots of other choices when selecting a real estate agent to assist you and your friends, family and associates, so I really appreciate your referrals.
Your trust means a lot to me! 
 
This year's party was at Riley's Farm in Oak Glen, CA. We saw vignettes from Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol", shared a Christmas Feast, sang carols & danced. There were close to 40 people in our party, and we had a great time!

Client Party Favor Bags 2011 
The ornament favors were handmade by Jennifer Colby, assistant extraordinaire. We're still waiting for the 12th person to let me know "What's the significance to the words found in the ornament found in your favor bag?" The 12th person will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card. We're only on #8! Who will it be??
